The link to Join does is not active, there is a lack of facility for non Thai speakers to learn the language. Learning Thai in Ireland does not seem to be on offer except for a very brief course in the summer to cover the basics. I would like to hear from anyone offering group or individual tuition please.  1. แจ้งเกิด ไม่เกิน 15 คน ระหว่าง 11.00-14.00 น. 1.1 ใบแจ้งเกิด 1.2 ใบสูติบัตรออกโดยทางการไอร์แลนด์ (พร้อมสำเนา 1 ชุด) 1.3 ทะเบียนสมรสบิดา-มารดา (พร้อมสำเนา 1 ชุด) 1.4 บัตรประชาชนบิดา-มารดา (พร้อมสำเนา 1 ชุด) 1.5 หนังสือเดินทางบิดา-มารดา (พร้อมสำเนา 1 ชุด) 1.6 ภาพถ่ายบุตร 2 ใบ 1.7 ค่าธรรมเนียมในการส่งใบสูติบัตรไทยจากกรุงลอนดอนให้กับบิดามารดาของเด็นที่ไอร์แลนด์ จำนวน 6 ปอนด์ (เป็นดราฟท์ธนาคารสั่งจ่าย Royal Thai Embassy, London โดยเป็นเงินสกุลปอนด์เท่านั้น) โดยขอให้เตรียมซองและจ่าหน้าซองถึงตัวเองให้ด้วย 2. ต่ออายุหนังสือเดินทาง สำหรับบุคคลอายุเกิน 20 ปี ไม่เกิน 20 คน ระหว่าง 14.00-17.00 น. หลักฐานที่ต้องใช้ 2.1 หนังสือเดินทางฉบับเดิมที่หมดอายุแล้วหรือมีอายุใช้ได้ไม่ถึง 6 เดือน 2.2 รูปถ่ายสีขนาด 2 นิ้ว หน้าตรง ไม่ยิ้ม ไม่สวมแว่นตาดำ ยกเว้นแว่นสายตา แต่งกายสุภาพถ่ายไว้ไม่เกิน 6 เดือน ( จำนวน 2 รูป ) 2.3 สำเนาบัตรประประชาชนหรือสำเนาทะเบียนบ้าน อย่างใดอย่างหนึ่ง หรือใบสูติบัตร กรณีไม่มีบัตรประชาชนหรือทะเบียนบ้าน ( พร้อมสำเนาอย่างละ 2 ชุด ) 2.4 ในกรณีที่เปลี่ยนชื่อ-นามสกุลในหนังสือเดินทาง ขอให้นำหลักฐานที่แสดงการเปลี่ยนชื่อหรือ นามสกุล เช่นใบเปลี่ยนชื่อ-นามสกุล ใบทะเบียนสมรส ทะเบียนหย่า (พร้อมสำเนา 2 ชุด)มาแสดงด้วย 2.5 ให download แบบฟอร์มในการขอหนังสือเดินทางจาก http://www.thaiembassyuk.org.uk เข้าไปที่หน้า Passport จากนั้น ให้ click เรื่องการต่ออายุหนังสือเดินทางแบบเก่าสำหรับบุคคลอายุเกิน 20 ปี วิธีการกรอกคำร้องขอต่ออายุหนังสือเดินทาง ก. กรอกข้อความในคำร้องให้ชัดเจน ครบถ้วน และ ถูกต้องตามหนังสือเดินทางปัจจุบั น จำนวน 2 ชุด (แบบฟอร์ม 4 ..ซึ่งมี 2 หน้า ........จำนวน 2 ชุด...ให้กรอกทั้ง 2 ชุด) ข. ในกรอบสี่เหลี่ยมผืนผ้า 2 ช่องด้านบนขวาสุดของคำร้อง ให้ ลงลายมือชื่อ(ลายเซ็น)ให้ตรงกับลายเซ็นที่ปรากฏในหน้าหนังสือเดินทาง เหมือนกันทั้ง 2 ช่อง และให้อยู่ภายในกรอบ อย่าให้ติดขอบหรือทับเส้น ถ้าลงชื่อเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ ไม่ได้ให้ลงชื่อเป็นภาษาไทย หรือพิมพ์นิ้วหัวแม่มือซ้าย ค. เซ็นชื่อเป็นภาษาไทยใต้กรอบสี่เหลี่ยมสำหรับติดรูปถ่าย และด้านหลังคำร้องตรงช่อง “ ผู้เดินทาง ” ง. กรณีหนังสือเดินทางหมดอายุแล้ว ต้องกรอกข้อความในบันทึกสอบสวนเพิ่มเติม จำนวน 2 ชุด (แบบฟอร์ม 2 ...... จำนวน 2 ชุด....ให้กรอกทั้ง 2 ชุด) 2.6 ค่าธรรมเนียมในการต่อายุหนังสือเดินทางให้ทำดราฟท์ธนาคารสั่งจ่าย Royal Thai Embassy, London จำนวน 25 ปอนด์ โดยเป็นเงินสกุลปอนด์เท่านั้น) 3. ต่ออายุหนังสือเดินทาง สำหรับบุคคลอายุไม่เกิน 20 ปี หลักฐานที่ต้องใช้ 3.1 หนังสือเดินทางฉบับเดิมที่หมดอายุแล้วหรือมีอายุใช้ได้ไม่เกิน 6 เดือน 3.2 รูปถ่าย ภาพสีขนาด 2 นิ้ว หน้าตรง ไม่ยิ้ม ไม่สวมแว่นตาดำ ถ่ายไว้ไม่เกิน 6 เดือน ( จำนวน 2 รูป ) 3.3 สำเนาใบสูติบัตร (ใบเกิด) ที่ออกโดยทางราชการไทย กรณียังไม่มีบัตรประจำตัวประชาชน (พร้อมสำเนา 2 ชุด) 3.4 หลักฐานบิดา-มารดา - สำเนาหน้าหนังสือเดินทาง จำนวน 2 ชุด - สำเนาบัตรประชาชน หรือสำเนาทะเบียนบ้านจำนวน 2 ชุด (ยกเว้นบิดา-มารดา เป็นคนต่างชาติ) กรณีบิดา-มารดาจดทะเบียนสมรส - เพิ่มสำเนาทะเบียนสมรส จำนวน 2 ชุด กรณีหย่าแล้ว - เพิ่มสำเนาใบหย่าและใบปกครองบุตร (เพื่อชี้แจงว่าบุตรอยู่ในความดูแลของใคร) อย่างละ 2 ชุด กรณีบิดา-มารดา ไม่ได้จดทะเบียนสมรส - กรุณาติดต่อสถานเอกอัครราชทูตฯ โดยตรง เพื่อติดต่อขอรับแบบฟอร์ม ก่อนดำเนินการ 3.5 ให download แบบฟอร์มในการขอหนังสือเดินทางจาก http://www.thaiembassyuk.org.uk เข้าไปที่หน้า Passport จากนั้น ให้ click เรื่องการต่ออายุหนังสือเดินทางแบบเก่าสำหรับบุคคลอายุเกิน 20 ปี วิธีการกรอกคำร้องขอต่ออายุหนังสือเดินทาง ก. กรอกข้อความในแบบคำร้องขอ ต่ออายุ หนังสือเดินทางทั้ง 2 ชุด ตามความเป็นจริงเป็นภาษาไทยทั้งหมด (แบบฟอร์ม 4 มี 2 หน้า...จำนวน 2 ชุด.. กรอกทั้ง 2 ชุด) ข. กรณีหนังสือเดินทางหมดอายุแล้ว ต้องกรอกบันทึกสอบสวน 2 ชุด (แบบฟอร์ม 2 ........ จำนวน 2 ชุด..... กรอกทั้ง 2 ชุด) ค. ในกรอบสี่เหลี่ยมผืนผ้า 2 ช่องด้านบนขวาสุดของคำร้อง หากเด็กเขียนได้ให้ ลงชื่อ (เซ็นชื่อ) ให้ตรงกับในหนังสือเดินทาง เหมือนกันทั้ง 2 ช่อง และให้อยู่ภายในกรอบ อย่าให้ติดขอบ หรือทับเส้น ถ้าเขียนไม่ได้ให้ พิมพ์นิ้วหัวแม่มือซ้าย ง. เซ็นชื่อเป็นภาษาไทยหรือพิมพ์นิ้วหัวแม่มือซ้าย ใต้กรอบสี่เหลี่ยมสำหรับติดรูปถ่าย และด้านหลัง คำร้องตรง ช่อง “ ผู้เดินทาง ” จ. บิดา-มารดา จะต้องลงชื่อเป็นผู้ให้ความยินยอมในคำร้องหน้าหลัง หรือในกรณีที่บิดา หรือ มารดาไม่ได้อาศัยอยู่ในสหราชอาณาจักรหรือประเทศไอร์แลนด์ ต้อง มีหนังสือให้ความยินยอม ที่ออกโดยหน่วยงานราชการไทยมาแสดงด้วย ( รับแบบฟอร์มได้ที่สถานเอกอัครราชทูตฯ .... จำนวน 2 ชุด...... ให้กรอกทั้ง 2 ชุด ) 3.6 ค่าธรรมเนียม ค่าธรรมเนียมในการต่อายุหนังสือเดินทางให้ทำดราฟท์ธนาคารสั่งจ่าย Royal Thai Embassy, London จำนวน 2 5 ปอนด์ โดยเป็นเงินสกุลปอนด์เท่านั้น) จึงเรียนมาเพื่อโปรดทราบ
