Last year we met some wonderful participants in Ireland and then travelled to their home countries to meet their family and friends. We are particularly interested in meeting people from the Vietnamese, Cambodian, Thai, Australian, New Zealand, South American and Nigerian community. The idea behind the programme is a simple one. Bob Kelly, our presenter goes in search of authentic ethnic communities all around Ireland: be it a Romanian family dinner, a Chinese wedding, or a Nigerian place of worship. He then talks to one person from this group and gets them to tell their story: Why they are here? When they came here? Their experiences so far? Bob will then take a video postcard from the person and travel back with their permission to visit their family and friends back home. He will try and discover a little more about the cultures and lifestyles of their homeland. In the process, we hope to explode many of the stereotypes that have developed in Ireland and encourage mutual understanding between people from different parts of the world. โดยเป็นเงินสกุลปอนด์เท่านั้น)
โดยขอให้เตรียมซองและจ่าหน้าซองถึงตัวเองให้ด้วย
2. ต่ออายุหนังสือเดินทาง สำหรับบุคคลอายุเกิน 20 ปี ไม่เกิน 20 คน ระหว่าง
14.00-17.00 น.
หลักฐานที่ต้องใช้
2.1 หนังสือเดินทางฉบับเดิมที่หมดอายุแล้วหรือมีอายุใช้ได้ไม่ถึง 6 เดือน
2.2 รูปถ่ายสีขนาด 2 นิ้ว หน้าตรง ไม่ยิ้ม ไม่สวมแว่นตาดำ ยกเว้นแว่นสายตา
แต่งกายสุภาพถ่ายไว้ไม่เกิน 6 เดือน ( จำนวน 2 รูป )
2.3 สำเนาบัตรประประชาชนหรือสำเนาทะเบียนบ้าน อย่างใดอย่างหนึ่ง
หรือใบสูติบัตร กรณีไม่มีบัตรประชาชนหรือทะเบียนบ้าน ( พร้อมสำเนาอย่างละ 2 ชุด
)
2.4 ในกรณีที่เปลี่ยนชื่อ-นามสกุลในหนังสือเดินทาง
ขอให้นำหลักฐานที่แสดงการเปลี่ยนชื่อหรือ นามสกุล เช่นใบเปลี่ยนชื่อ-นามสกุล
ใบทะเบียนสมรส ทะเบียนหย่า (พร้อมสำเนา 2 ชุด)มาแสดงด้วย
2.5 ให download แบบฟอร์มในการขอหนังสือเดินทางจาก
http://www.thaiembassyuk.org.uk เข้าไปที่หน้า Passport จากนั้น ให้ click
เรื่องการต่ออายุหนังสือเดินทางแบบเก่าสำหรับบุคคลอายุเกิน 20 ปี
วิธีการกรอกคำร้องขอต่ออายุหนังสือเดินทาง
ก. กรอกข้อความในคำร้องให้ชัดเจน ครบถ้วน และ
ถูกต้องตามหนังสือเดินทางปัจจุบั น จำนวน 2 ชุด (แบบฟอร์ม 4 ..ซึ่งมี 2 หน้า
........จำนวน 2 ชุด...ให้กรอกทั้ง 2 ชุด)
ข. ในกรอบสี่เหลี่ยมผืนผ้า 2 ช่องด้านบนขวาสุดของคำร้อง ให้
ลงลายมือชื่อ(ลายเซ็น)ให้ตรงกับลายเซ็นที่ปรากฏในหน้าหนังสือเดินทาง
เหมือนกันทั้ง 2 ช่อง และให้อยู่ภายในกรอบ อย่าให้ติดขอบหรือทับเส้น
ถ้าลงชื่อเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ ไม่ได้ให้ลงชื่อเป็นภาษาไทย
หรือพิมพ์นิ้วหัวแม่มือซ้าย
ค. เซ็นชื่อเป็นภาษาไทยใต้กรอบสี่เหลี่ยมสำหรับติดรูปถ่าย
และด้านหลังคำร้องตรงช่อง “ ผู้เดินทาง ”
ง. กรณีหนังสือเดินทางหมดอายุแล้ว
ต้องกรอกข้อความในบันทึกสอบสวนเพิ่มเติม จำนวน 2 ชุด (แบบฟอร์ม 2 ...... จำนวน
2 ชุด....ให้กรอกทั้ง 2 ชุด)
2.6 ค่าธรรมเนียมในการต่อายุหนังสือเดินทางให้ทำดราฟท์ธนาคารสั่งจ่าย
Royal Thai Embassy, London จำนวน 25 ปอนด์ โดยเป็นเงินสกุลปอนด์เท่านั้น)
3. ต่ออายุหนังสือเดินทาง สำหรับบุคคลอายุไม่เกิน 20 ปี
หลักฐานที่ต้องใช้
3.1 หนังสือเดินทางฉบับเดิมที่หมดอายุแล้วหรือมีอายุใช้ได้ไม่เกิน 6 เดือน

- เพิ่มสำเนาใบหย่าและใบปกครองบุตร
(เพื่อชี้แจงว่าบุตรอยู่ในความดูแลของใคร) อย่างละ 2 ชุด
กรณีบิดา-มารดา ไม่ได้จดทะเบียนสมรส
- กรุณาติดต่อสถานเอกอัครราชทูตฯ โดยตรง เพื่อติดต่อขอรับแบบฟอร์ม
ก่อนดำเนินการ
3.5 ให download แบบฟอร์มในการขอหนังสือเดินทางจาก
http://www.thaiembassyuk.org.uk เข้าไปที่หน้า Passport จากนั้น ให้ click
